The generation of 1930 – ’76, in the secrets of the must (grape juice) Demosthenes Tsopelakos family is getting involved in viticulture, must production and winemaking in the early 30’s. Grandfather Demosthenes Tsopelakos, born in 1900 in the city of Kalamata, is initiated into the art of viticulture and winemaking.

He grows grapes and produces must and related products in the area of Zevgolatio, Municipality of Oechalia. The family history in the industry started with grape and raisin production. The products were made and then processed by the family itself, using the means for viticulture and winemaking of that time.
