Vinification:
The grapes are transported in small boxes. The juice is separated into the pneumatic press and at low temperature (13-16. ° C) fermented. The maturation of the wine is also produced in stainless steel tanks at low temperature. The filling is done after stabilization with respect to the Tartrate-tartaric acid and filtered.
Characteristics:
A wine from one of the largest of the Greek vineyard, with bright color, aromas of fruit and wild flowers, pleasant mouth and refreshing aftertaste.

8-10 ° C cold, harmoniously accompanied pork, poultry, fish and shellfish.
