Now, it’s the turn of the next generation to take over and modernize the services offered by the first winery. In 1977, Tsopelakos family establishes the first organized wine production unit of the greater area, with a capability of 50,000 litres.
The continuous upgrading of the winery, as well as the participation and love of the family, led to a production exceeding 250,000 litres in the mid-80’s. The winery’s main objective is the production and sales of must. The first steps to wine production are taken during the same period, with grape varieties setting themselves off in the ground of the Messinian land.
